3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

tiktak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, attempted to manipulate outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our services. Upon account closure, any remaining genuine balance will be returned after deducting applicable fees and charges, subject to completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Procedures

You may request withdrawals to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet used for deposits. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000; maximum daily withdrawal limits apply based on your account status and VIP tier. Withdrawal requests are processed within 4-48 hours depending on the chosen method and account verification status. tiktak reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
